Welcome to Cottage on Chapel Street - A Cottage in Town!

A beautiful, private and newly renovated Guest House in the heart of Picton, Prince Edward County, Ontario.

Tucked down a lane way with three parking spaces, it is only a short walk to all Picton offers; including Regent Theatre, restaurants, galleries, shops, groceries and the harbour.

15 min away from Lake Ontario and the sandy beaches of Sandbanks Provincial Park.

The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances, cutlery and dishes and has access to a delightful, private garden for barbecues.

The house sleeps 6, offering 3 bedrooms (King (can be separated), Queen, Twin): 1 bedroom on the ground floor with ensuite bathroom, 2 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and another shower. There is a Futon bed in the Recreation Room for the occasional guest.

The cozy living room has an electric fireplace and the recreation room the TV, DVD Player and games for the kids.
The dining room is an extension of the kitchen and comes with all conveniences.

Rates for 2011:

Summer: $1400 per week

Fall:: $1000 per week

Winter: $1000 per month + Utilities (long term rental up to 5 months)

We require a $500 deposit at the time of booking, balance due two weeks before arrival plus a $300 deposit against possible damage which will be refunded a week after your visit.
Check in is 4pm on Fridays and departure at 12 noon.

This is a non-smoking house, well behaved pets and kids are welcome all you need to bring are beach towels and a cell phone!

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund only if cancelled 2 weeks prior to arrival AND if the house can be rented out again during this timeframe.

Payment options: Cash, Cheque

Maximum number of people allowed: 6.

Check-in time is anytime after 3 p.m. - check-out is anytime up to 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

How to find Cottage on Chapel Street

Located on 8 Chapel Street, Picton, Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada

From the West take Hwy 401 at Exit 522/Wooler Rd South to Hwy 33. Turn right and follow south past Consecon through Hillier and Rosehall, along Lake Ontario and through scenic Wellington and Bloomfield to Picton. Continue on Main Street till you see Tim Horton's on your left.

From the East take Hwy 401, Exit 566, turn south to Hwy 49 to Picton, passing the Golf Course and Hospital and continue on Main Street till you see Tim Horton's on your right.

From the Kingston area you may also take Hwy 33 - Loyalist Parkway and cross the Picton Bay taking the free Glenora Ferry. Continue Hwy 33 into Picton, turn left on Main St. Continue on Main Street till you see Tim Horton's on your right.

From the North take Hwy 49 South to Picton. Continue on Main Street till you see Tim Horton's on your left.

At the Tim Horton's junction turn into Mary Street, Chapel Street is the first on your right, before the church.
